Delivered a SugarCRM and IBM Websphere Portal to provide and manage an incident management and aftermarket solution, spanning automotive manufacturers, dealers and logistics operators throughout Australia.

Delivered a Hubspot and Shopify digital marketing strategy with digital marketing and sales tools to transform customer facing activity. Created an improved digital experience through a modern online store consolidating two previously separate sites.
Delivered a solution to manage financial advisers and investors through SugarCRM and PSN financial services. Assumed project management, developed and supported final product.
Software Services & Applied AI
Designed and developed an international student recruitment solution using SugarCRM, Studylink and an AI Engine. The end product was tightly integrated with internal and external student management tools and augmented by Artificial Intelligence to prioritise candidates.
Designed, developed and implemented an IBM Websphere portal solution for managing high volume driver licence and vehicle registration for RMS NSW. This involved complex integration with internal legacy platforms and third party vendors.
Designed, developed and implemented a CRM platform, together with an eCommerce platform, integrated with an existing ERP solution. This was a large engagement, requiring cross-platform expertise in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, CRM, Power BI and Shopify. The engagement also included ongoing management and support of the ERP platform, and provision of improved business reporting and analysis.
